This was our Earth Day newsletter! We talked about making sustainable seafood choices and why they are important, as well as why you should choose local seafood. In addition, you can find local San Diego species, and the seasons that they are available. We recapped our participation in GRAZE at the fields, hosted by the Farm Bureau of San Diego County. This weeks recipe was mahi-mahi tacos.
